Merry Christmas & a VERY HAPPY New Yearrrrrr!!! Itโs been a doooozie right?! So lets set her off with a BANG and bring in the New Year. 2022- youโre going to be filled with rainbows and rain showers, but weโre ready! I am so excited to see what the change of year brings โก
Over the last few weeks there has been a lot of festive baking going on in my neck of the woods. Here are some highlights (Top to bottom with the photos):
Christmas deco sponge roll filled with boysenberry mousse
Mini white chocolate Christmas puddings
Christmas selection of macarons filled with pistachio & sea salt ganache, raspberry buttercream | raspberry dark ganache centre, eggnog ganache (drool- seriously), fresh strawberry white chocolate ganache, ruby chocolate fresh strawberry ganache & lychee | rose | raspberry ganache with rose petals. The last two ganaches were both filled with a fresh strawberry crรฉme. Ooo. La. LAA.

A few more fancy pant, weave piped macโs of the ruby chocolate fresh strawberry ganache & lychee | rose | raspberry ganache with rose petals flavour combinations. Both filled with a fresh strawberry crรฉme centre. A delectable little dark chocolate with almond dip on the heart version of those darlings too.
The little pink rainy-deers (as my kiddies call them) are based on an illustration from the incredibly talented Lily aka @fluffnestart . She was very kind to let me use to convert into scrummy yumminests! Please go check out her instagram- her illustrations are so kawaii.
