It has been a busy few months, and I have been all OVER New York state I tell ya!
I am super thrilled to say that my gourmet Crystal Candy is now available to purchase from the cooooolest locations around New York!
Moena Moxham Crystal Candy is made with organic whole-food ingredients. They are VEGAN, GLUTEN aaaaand DAIRY FREE and I make exotic and gourmet flavours. A couple of recent examples are Rambutan, Hibiscus, Orange Blossom & Pear, Matcha, Watermelon & Basil, Honeydew & a crowed fav Coconut & Raspberry. I also make boozy ones too (sqweeee, a funky addition to the cheese board as they pair fantastically!) - Elderflower Spritz, Pineapple and Malibu, Apple-tini aaaand an incredible Strawberry Sunrise: jalapeño infused Patron tequila with strawberry & lime (!!!) have been recent stars.
My candy doesn't just look like diamonds and geodes, but they sparkle like them too with edible glitter, gold and silver and are beautiful & uplifting colors.
Crystal Candy is a fabulous texutre- crunchy on the outside, but jelly-like on the inside -think less chewy like a gummy bear and more melty like a traditional jelly. They are also super pleasurable for ASMR sensory stimulation lovers! (For those curious about ASMR it is “a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound: "ASMR is triggered by things like biting into textural foods, whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage”. Customers are wild about the texture and the delicious indulgence of my unique treat!

The Secret Caverns - 671 Caverns Road Howes Cave New York 12092 • 518.296.8558 - Nestled in the hallowed halls of hollow earth, Secret Caverns is a small commercial cavern located in upstate New York. It’s an epic walk down underground to a waterfall and the guides are particularly informative (and hilarious!) Founded by local civil engineer Roger Mallery, the caverns have hosted Americas roadside travellers and seekers of subterranean knowledge and adventure since its discovery by intrepid bovine explorers in 1928. They also have THE MOST AWESOME billboards all around Cobelskill!! Their store sells all sorts of neat unusual trinkets and art by the awesomely talented Eugene of Uncanny Material (who is also the man behind the EPIC billboards!)

Prior to Summer crunking in fiercely, you could find my gourmet macarons at Makinajian Organic Farm and my mac’s & crystal candy at Catskill Chocolate Co, but with us going through these intense heat waves with crazy humidity, I have decided to wait until the cooler months to return to the temperamental requirements of ganache’s, buttercream and finikity macarons! The Catskill Chocolate Co - 473 Main St, Catskill, NY 12414, United States - You HAVE to pop in and meet Lauren, her Mom and her fabulous team & sample all the delicious chocolates, pâtisseries, coffee, fresh local flowers and wonderful treats they make and have for sale. The store is aesthetically gooooooorgeous, and their menu is delicious and inspired! - The Lemon Bar’s are actually worth driving from NYC for- nooo joke!
Makinajian Organic Family Farm - 276 Cuba Hill Road, Huntington - The best family operated organic farm and farm store (since 1948!) in the middle North of Long Island. You can get the FRESHEST eggs, baking, bread, cooked poultry, Harry’s Strawberries and the finest selection of vetted and artisanal local organic produce and products. Christine, Mick and their family are royalty in these neck of the woods and it is a go to stop for gourmet groceries. Their chocolate chip cookies are insane too by the way- you can thank me later ;P
